SALES & REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”)
We basically believe you will be excited with the items you buy from DecorifyLife. That’s because we go out of our way to make sure that they’re created to be just what you need. However, that sometimes an item may not be what you would expect it to be. In that unlikely occasion, we encourage you to review and understand the following conditions relevant to returning a product.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns can be made if the product is defective, damaged, or is not as described on the website. However, the same has to be notified within 48 hours of receiving the delivery of the goods. If a particular part of the product is faulty and replaceable, the same shall be provided. Only if the product part cannot be replaced, we shall intiate the return.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Product isn’t used or damaged.
- Items on sale aren’t eligible for refunds.
- Customers cannot exchange the product with a new one.
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Also we will not refund a product if it doesn’t meet our Terms and conditions.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
